QUESTIONS

Good to know.

Honest answers about pricing, booking, and how a Jolie Chic event installation comes together for DFW luxury events.

Pricing

. How much does a luxury balloon installation cost in Dallas–Fort Worth ?

Luxe Number Stack custom vinyl numbers begin at $95 and Luxe Birthday Package double digits at $175. La Petite Garland, a single focal piece for birthdays, showers, and small milestones, is $250 and can scale up by quote. La Petite Grand Opening pairs an 8ft garland with your choice of stack for $325. The Jolie Chic Garland stands 10ft at $350, and the Luxe Flower Wall Package is $650. Birthday Packages pair an 8ft custom garland with the centerpiece of your choice for $350 plus the zone fee, with every centerpiece choice included; they arrive assembled, setup and takedown are not included, and the garland alone is $275. La Grand Opening, our full event installation, starts at $1,500 and includes a 20ft organic balloon garland, two custom balloon towers, and a grand entrance arch, with A La Carte elements quoted individually.Brand activations and custom corporate concepts are quoted individually, because every activation is composed for the space, the brand, and the scale. As a reference point, larger custom installations can reach $3,500 and more; every custom installation is quoted to its own scope. The Denago Signature, a 20ft backdrop with a 10ft garland, is $1,200 with delivery in all three zones, setup, and takedown included.

. Why are some pieces fixed-price and others quoted?

Packages and A La Carte pieces have published prices because their size and contents are set. Custom installations are quoted after a discovery call, because a garland composed for a double height atrium and one composed for a nine foot ceiling are different pieces of work even at the same guest count.

That way you pay for the installation your room actually needs.

. What is included in the investment?

Design study, all materials, hand-tied on-site construction, and venue coordination.Setup and takedown are included where your package or proposal lists them. Nothing about the installation is subcontracted

. Do you require a deposit to hold my date?

Yes. A 50% deposit reserves your booking, and the remaining balance is due one week before your event. See the booking terms.Until the deposit is received, the date stays open, and we will tell you plainly if someone else is asking about the same weekend.

. What if my celebration is smaller than $250?

That is what A La Carte pieces are for. Number and letter stacks run $55 to $195, helium centerpieces start at $50, and smaller pieces can be picked up by appointment in Allen.Smaller pieces receive the same colour and finishing attention as larger commissions. See the Luxe Accessible collection.

. Is there a travel fee outside your core cities?

One zone fee covers delivery and service. Zone 1 covers Allen, McKinney,
Plano, Frisco, and surrounding areas at $25. Zone 2 covers Addison,
Dallas, University Park, Highland Park, and surrounding areas at $50.
Zone 3 covers Grapevine, Southlake, Colleyville, Westlake, and surrounding
areas at $85. Fort Worth and addresses beyond the core zones are quoted
from the exact address.

The Denago Signature includes delivery in all three zones. Setup and
takedown are included only where a package lists them; otherwise they are
quoted separately. Smaller pieces can be picked up by appointment in Allen.

. Can I add pieces after the design study is approved?

Yes, subject to timeline. Additions made more than two weeks out are

Closer to the date, availability of specific colours and sizes becomes
the constraint rather than the design.

Booking

. How far in advance should I book?

We recommend 2–4 weeks for a La Petite Garland focal piece, 6–8 weeks for weddings and large celebrations, and 4–8 weeks for corporate activations.

Peak seasons book out earlier: spring wedding season (March–May) and the holiday window (November–December) often fill 3+ months ahead, so reach out early for those dates. Rush commissions are occasionally possible depending on scale: inquire with your date and we’ll tell you honestly what’s achievable.

. What happens on a discovery call?

Thirty minutes, no commitment. We talk through your space, your date, your palette, and what you want the room to feel like when guests walk in.

You’ll leave knowing whether we are available and roughly what scope your vision sits in.

. How do I secure my date?

Your date is held once the design study is approved and the deposit is received.

Until then it stays open, and we will tell you plainly if someone else is asking about the same weekend.

. Can you take a booking with less than two weeks notice?

Sometimes, depending on scale and the week’s calendar. Rush availability and any rush fee are confirmed at booking.

Inquire with your date and we will tell you honestly what is achievable.

. What if I need to move my event date?

Date changes are subject to availability, and how your deposit applies to a new date is confirmed in writing.

Because installations are built for a specific room on a specific day, the sooner you tell us the more likely your new date is open.

. What is your cancellation policy?

Your deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel, it becomes a credit toward a future event, valid for one year from the cancellation date, and you may transfer the credit to someone else. The same policy applies when an event is cancelled because of weather or the venue. See the booking terms.

. How many revisions does the design study include?

One revision round is included, which is almost always enough because the study is built from what you told us on the discovery call rather than from a template.

Further revisions are possible and quoted individually.

Vendors

. Can you work with my architect, florist, or other vendors?

Yes. We coordinate directly with your full team: venue managers, architects, florists, and caterers.

. What makes Jolie Chic different from a party decorator?

Atelier discipline. A party decorator assembles products; Jolie Chic designs one-of-a-kind sculptural pieces from first principles: matte couture finishes, hand-tied and colour-graded clusters, gilded detail applied by hand, and architectural balloon arch design composed for your venue’s light and proportions.

Nothing is pre-made, no design is ever repeated, and every piece is treated as art, not decor

. Do you work with venues directly?

Yes, and we prefer to. Venue coordination is part of every installation: load-in windows, rigging limits, adhesive rules, and teardown timing all get confirmed with them before your build date.

. Are you insured, and can you provide a certificate?

Every installation is fully insured. Venues that require a certificate of insurance on file can be sent one directly, and we handle that request as part of coordination rather than passing it back to you.

. Can you match my brand colours or event palette exactly?

This is core to how we work. Palettes are colour graded on site rather than ordered by catalogue name, which is how sage, champagne, and ivory end up reading as one tone instead of three.

Bring a brand guide, a swatch, an invitation, or a single photograph.

. Do you print custom balloons?

Yes. Logo printed and custom lettered balloons are set into the cluster rather than applied to the front of it, so the brand mark reads as part of the piece.

You can see this in the Escape 360 and Impact Activities work.

Logistic

. How long does an installation last?

Indoor installations typically look flawless for the full event and often for several days after. Outdoor pieces are designed for the event window, with materials chosen for Texas weather.

Teardown is scheduled around your venue’s needs.

. How long does setup take on site?

Most installations are built in one to one and a half hours on site, and scheduled to be complete before your first guest walks in.

For grand openings we typically build early in the morning so the room is finished before doors open.

. Do you handle teardown?

Yes, when takedown is part of your package or proposal, scheduled to your venue’s requirements. Some venues want the piece down the same night; others are glad to keep it for a few days.

We coordinate that directly with them so it never becomes your problem.

. Can you install outdoors in Texas heat?

Yes, with design adjustments. Direct summer sun changes what latex can do, so outdoor pieces are composed with that in mind: different inflation, more chrome and foil, shaded placement where possible.

We will tell you honestly if a concept only works indoors.

. What do you need from my venue?

Access during your build window, and a clear view of any height restrictions, rigging rules, or adhesive policies.

We contact your venue directly to confirm all of it, so you do not have to rela

. How do you plan installations around children and pets?

Date changes are subject to availability, and how your deposit applies to a new date is confirmed in writing.

Because installations are built for a specific room on a specific day, the sooner you tell us the more likely your new date is open.

. What areas do you serve?

The Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex, including Dallas, Fort Worth, Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Allen, Southlake, and Addison, and nearby communities such as Highland Park and University Park. Destination commissions are considered by inquiry.

. Do you install for seasonal and holiday events?

Yes, and the seasonal calendar fills earliest. Christmas, Valentine’s, Ramadan, and New Year commissions are usually booked four to eight weeks ahead.

You can see recent seasonal work in the Seasonal collection.
